Families turn to us for a myriad of reasons, whether it’s for co-working, meeting, spending time with a friend, attending an appointment, or simply relishing some well-deserved time alone. Our center’s flexibility shines through as there is no notice required—parents can drop off their children whenever the need arises, with each child allowed to stay for up to four hours per day.

Our Mission
Our goal in starting Kiddin’ Around Drop In Childcare is to provide a safe, fun, engaging environment for children to come. We strive to be a great resource for drop in care – up to 4 hrs a day.
Meet The Owner
Darlene Haskins
Hello, I am Darlene Haskins and I am the owner of Kiddin' Around Drop in Childcare. I have worked with young children from the age of 10 and I absolutley LOVE it. I babysat and nannied when younger and then got my Early Childhood Education Credential when I was a young adult. I have worked in multiple schools, head start programs, montessori schools and I owned / operated my own accredited large family in home childcare when my children were little.
I have been out of the schools and in the water for the last 8 years teaching survival swim lessons. I have built an amazing community of families and many of them could also use drop in childcare services. I am thrilled to open inside Carolina Core Wellness along with many other businesses. Both families that are there visiting other businesses and public can use our services!
Together with my husband of 23 years - William and the rest of the team, we will be ready and here for you when you need us.

Hello, I am William and I am the Co-Owner / office manager at Kiddin' Around Drop in Childcare. I will be there to assist families with registration and checking in & out. I am proud to be a part of this new facility.

Miss Ashley graduated from East Forsyth High School. She was a swim instructor for a while during High School. She loves working with children and is a wonderful addition to our team!
